The entire process is administered in two simple steps and is completed in a little over an hour. First, the Sapphire® whitening gel is carefully applied to your teeth. Next, the Sapphire gel is activated by Sapphire’s gentle blue plasma light. This step involves three sessions of 20 minutes each. It does not hurt!
